Crave

I've been waiting for almost a year for something to open up in the very valuable space on the corner of Polk and Vallejo where Teavana used to be. The owners of Street, just across the street, opened Crave, a casual cafe serving up Ritual Roasters coffee, a variety of sandwiches and salads, and some pastry options. Everything on the menu is between $7-9 so it's affordable and casual. The space is large enough so will be manageable for a weekend brunch visit. I got the cobb salad and it was packed with all the fixings including bacon, avocado, turkey meat, blue cheese, and more! My friend got the reuben which was really good but the bread was a little greasy. I would definitely go back to try out some other things for lunch. The venue is clean and a great addition to the Polk Street circuit!
