Bruno’s

Ahh…the Mission. Full of hipsters and Marina transplants. I can't say I frequent the Mission too often unless it's for Delfina or Tartine but I found myself at a birthday party at Bruno's. A friend rented out the Pussycat Lounge upstairs, stripper poles
included. Thank goodness for our own private bar and a guest list, otherwise it could have been a tragic evening just waiting to happen. The downstairs bar area and crowd was a little sketchy. At least the music was good. I would totally suggest Bruno's if you want to throw a large party of 80-100 people. With a $2500 minimum bar tab, that should be easy for most. Although Bruno's is out of my comfort zone (and style), I'm glad I made it out. You never know if that one night could totally change your life…
