This just in! The Chronicle reported today that Quince owners and chef team, Lindsay and Michael Tusk have agreed to take over the old Myth space (470 Pacific Ave. @ Montgomery) and its sister restaurant, Myth Cafe. I'm torn over this news… Myth would have been included in my Top 10 restaurants if it didn't close a couple of months ago! If only they'd reopen! However, I have dined at Quince and think they make the best pasta in SF! The Tusk team are likely to relocate Quince to Myth and open a more casual version of Quince next door in the old cafe space. Plans for what to do with the original Quince location (1701 Octavia St. @ Bush) are undecided.
