The Big Foot Lodge

Well, the name says it all. When you walk in, you feel like you’re in a lodge in Yosemite and Big Foot towers over you in the back. There are a few dead heads of animals donning the wall coverings but it just adds to the ambiance. I love Big Foot for several reasons:
1) When Antonio was at the door, I never had to pull out my ID
2) Abel,
the bartender knows my regular drink – Yes, that would be a Tanquerey
and Tonic, 2 limes and 2 straws. Sometimes when I just want a Corona, I
still get a T&T
3) The electronic jukebox is one of the best in the city
4) Nightly specials
5) It’s just a great neighborhood bar being that I live one block away
So if you can’t hang at Big Foot with me, then we just shouldn’t hang out at all! Oh and one more plus, Bob’s Donuts is just down the street and open 24 hours. Apple fritter anyone??
Neighborhood: Nob Hill
1750 Polk St
(between Clay St & Washington St)
San Francisco,
CA
94109
